The First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta in Georgia said it held memorial services to provide spiritual support.

In a Facebook post, the First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta said do not hesitate to contact the Care Ministry for those who need emotional support or help organizing funerals and memorial ceremonies if they are grieving the loss of a loved one. 

According to the church’s post, they may email Rev. Rob Sparks at rsparks@firstpresatl.org with any questions they may have regarding services, receptions, and interment in the Memorial Garden.

Sunday School This Summer

This summer, Sunday school alternatives for kids and families will still be available, according to the First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta in Georgia.

The First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta revealed that it is still offering Sunday School alternatives for children and families in a Facebook post on Saturday, June 18.

According to the church's post, kids in first through fifth grade are welcome to take part in fun activities at Messy Church at 10 a.m., including community service projects and more.

The church said childcare would start at 9 a.m. Godly Play will start at 9:10 a.m. and go until noon, as well as a parent's class in the library starting at 10 a.m.

The First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta added that younger children can use daycare.

The participants are anticipated by the First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta.

Epiphany

The First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta founded the Epiphany to assist entrepreneurs.

The Epiphany encourages entrepreneurs that offer innovative solutions to societal concerns, according to a Facebook post from the First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta on Wednesday, June 15.

The church claimed in its article that the venture finalists for this year had just been revealed.

According to the church, each will receive a start-up grant and be partnered with subject-matter experts who will help them with a variety of issues specific to their firms, like business expansion, marketing, operations, resource planning, and networking.

Businesses that finish the program will be eligible for extra investment from a pool of $200,000 after it is over, according to the First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta.

According to the church, an epiphany is a novel way of giving that motivates individuals to come up with innovative ways to share Christ's love.

The congregation expressed their excitement for each of this year's efforts.

The First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta encouraged young families with small children to connect with one another and find opportunities.

The Presbyterian Church of Atlanta announced on Facebook on Saturday, June 4, that it will be providing opportunities for parents of young children to connect.

On June 11, July 9, and August 13, they are allowed to go on playdates, according to the church.

Starting at 10 a.m., parents with young children will congregate in the church playground. The church claims that it was done for amusement and companionship.
