The Morningside Presbyterian Church in Atlanta, Georgia held an annual mission Sunday worship service this Sunday, May 22.
In a Facebook post on Saturday, May 21, the Morningside Presbyterian Church announced that its mission Sunday worship service on Sunday.
The service was attended by friends from the outreach partners, according to the church.
The church said Doris Mukangu returned with some wonderful Johari handcrafted goods for sale.
Following worship, there was a reception outside the Welcome Center with Just Bakery goods. This was a fantastic opportunity to interact with the mission's fantastic partners.
Church’s Donation Drive

Preschool’s Spring Carnival
The spring carnival at Morningside Presbyterian Church's preschool was open to the public.

The church said it was an annual Spring Fling with plenty of fun and activities for the entire family.

It's a phishing or scam email or text, according to the church, that asks for a "favor" and a response email or text.
The public is advised not to respond to this email, according to the Morningside Presbyterian Church.

On April 10, the Morningside Presbyterian Church announced on Facebook that they would be holding a Palm Sunday march at Sidney Marcus Park with friends from Haygood Memorial United Methodist Church.
According to the church's Facebook page, the donkeys were petted and a donkey hunt was conducted at 9:30 a.m., the parade began at 10 a.m., and the pre-worship fellowship began at 10:30 a.m. prior to 11 a.m. inviting the entire congregation to worship.
