Shaweh conference is a two day experience with God and incredible people. This is the first annual conference for Shaweh Hour, which is a nondenominational youth ministry that focuses on bringing youth adults and early professionals to Christ by teaching the word through Bible studies and practical ways to be unashamed about their identity in Christ.
Join us for an amazing night for worship and a fun Saturday filled with activities, vendors, speakers and a live Ted talk with ways to understand your identity or purpose in God.
The goal of the conference is to help young adults bringing them closer to God and also to help with raising awareness about mental health issues and building confidence in individuals.
There will be speakers, ministers, worship leader, games, awards and a scholarship.

***YOU HAVE TO MEET ALL THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP. WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON THE SECOND DAY***

Scholarship Requirements:
1) Must be a student currently enrolled at an accredited institution (Transcript is required).
2) Must be a member of Shaweh Hour and attend both days of the conference .
3) Must have at least a 3.0 GPA .
4) Students can be undergraduates or graduates.
5) Essay Prompt: Tell us about a season in your life when you struggled with an insecurity that made you not confident in who you are.
The payment is going towards food and drinks for both days.
Friday will be a Gala night and the dress code is: Formal (Suit, black tie, dress)
Saturday dress code is: Business Casual
****WITHOUT REGISTRATION YOU WON’T BE ALLOWED INTO THE CONFERENCE AND REGISTRATION TICKET COVERS BOTH DAYS****
VENDORS/SPEAKERS: If you would like to be a vendor or a speaker at the conference, we currently have different packages set aside for vendors which will allow you to display the services of your business to the members and student population at the conference. WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING VENDORS. Please send an email to info@shawehhour.com. Please send an email for more information.
