  • Compensation will range from $35,000 - $45,000 per year commensurate with experience and success.

What we ask of you:

You will be responsible for the oversight, tracking, and reporting of all financial activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage organization accounting and auditing processes, assist with annual budgeting
  • Use accounting software to maintain records and prepare reports
  • Prepare and present needed internal monthly and annual financial statements
  • Work to reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalances that occur
  • Support team members with accounting questions for grants or reports
  • Work with development and admin team members to ensure proper accounting for donation tracking and payroll.

Our requirements for you as an applicant:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field required
  • 5+ years in work experience in Finance/Accounting field preferred
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Excel. Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability and experience to work independently and in a supervisory capacity
