Responsibilities: *This position has a heavy emphasis on overseeing student worship venues (5th-12th) with the ability to fill in gaps in other areas (i.e., church-wide events, special ministries, etc.)
- Oversee the growth and development of 5th-12th grade worship teams.
- Plan, coordinate and collaborate worship sets with team and Student Pastor.
- Create or empower students to make Ableton sessions for smoother rehearsals/services.
- Meet bi-weekly with the Worship Pastor to check on health of teams, dream, and receive feedback and input.
- Encourage team members spiritually.
- Have quarterly team nights for student teams.
- Provide resources with students for better development.
- Oversee the recruitment/audition process. From someone interested in the team to getting them on the platform.
- Utilize Planning Center Online to better resource and equip team.
- Upkeep of equipment. Whether cleaning up areas or letting the Worship Pastor know of things that need updating.
- Communication with Production Director about special requests for service, songs that are being sung for lyrics, etc.
- Fill in/be available for special events and leading worship in other venues.

- Liaison for student worship needs and some church-wide worship needs

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Provide direct spiritual/musical leadership to volunteer worship teams.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
