DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately processes daily contributions and other income (checks, cash, and credit cards).
  • Post scanned contributions to member records and prepare deposit files for transfer to the bank.
  • Maintains member database; updates database with additions or corrections to member/donor records.
  • Responds to telephone calls/questions about contributions/gifts processing.
  • Trouble-shoot e-give challenges experienced by members and work to resolve them.
  • Initiate the timely mailing of contribution envelopes to members.
  • Schedule/facilitate physical deposit pickup by courier service.
  • Completes and mails matching gift forms as needed.
  • Prepares annual contributions statements.
  • Performs some general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

PROPOSED RATE:

  • $50,000-$55,000 annual salary
