DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately processes daily contributions and other income (checks, cash, and credit cards).
- Post scanned contributions to member records and prepare deposit files for transfer to the bank.
- Maintains member database; updates database with additions or corrections to member/donor records.
- Responds to telephone calls/questions about contributions/gifts processing.
- Trouble-shoot e-give challenges experienced by members and work to resolve them.
- Initiate the timely mailing of contribution envelopes to members.
- Schedule/facilitate physical deposit pickup by courier service.
- Completes and mails matching gift forms as needed.
- Prepares annual contributions statements.
- Performs some general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

PROPOSED RATE:
- $50,000-$55,000 annual salary
