JOB DESCRIPTION
The Creative Content Project Manager works with the Next Gen Ministry staff and Lakewood Marketing department to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow for projects from intake to delivery. This role manages schedules, assets, overall scope and project organization to ensure the Lakewood Next Gen Creative Content team meets project requirements, deadlines and requestor expectations.
REPORTS TO: Lakewood Next Gen Young Adult Pastor
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Receive project requests and follow up with requestors to ensure Lakewood Next Gen Manager of Creative Content has all the details needed to assess the project
Coordinate the delivery of all assets needed to begin the creative process
Effectively communicate project expectations to Next Gen Manager of Creative Content and requestors in a timely and clear fashion
Assign project tasks to the appropriate Next Gen content team and follow up on their progress
Facilitate communication with Next Gen Ministry leads, Next Gen Manager of Creative Content and project requestors via our collaboration and proofing software
Manage the work schedule of the Next Gen content to maximize creative output, response time and proper task priority
Keep Next Gen staff up to date on incoming projects and current project status
Ensure timely delivery of finished creative design to project requestors
Liaison between Next Gen content staff and project requestors throughout the project

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related equivalent work experience preferred
Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
