Elementary Manager
Children's Ministry - Kidslife
Exempt
JOB DESCRIPTION
When working with children and helping them learn about the life of Jesus Christ is a passion, then this position might be for you. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Kidslife Elementary Ministry you will play an instrumental role at creating, managing, and delivering materials to elementary aged children with the intent of creating a space for them to learn about a Spirit filled lifestyle.
This position reports to the Sr. Director and works collaboratively with the entire Kidslife staff.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Supervise the Elementary Staff
Lead Elementary Staff Meetings
Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with Elementary Staff
Oversee Elementary special events
Oversee the J-Life and Crew 67 programs
Oversee Elementary volunteer teacher and leader training
Oversee the development of ministry teams for Elementary
Oversee the Elementary Curriculum
Responsible to ensure there is a culture of volunteer recruitment & volunteer retention
Responsible for the overall quality, creativity, and service flow of all Elementary Services
Assure that Elementary services are adequately staffed
Assure that Elementary classrooms adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines
Develop and implement new programs and procedures as needed to improve the effectiveness of the care and ministry provided in Elementary
Participate in the development and execution of Kidslife Events and Team Meeting.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Director.
MINISTERIAL DUTIES

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Some college or college degree preferred
2+ years of Ministry management experience preferred
3+ years of Elementary Ministry experience
