Compensation: TBDContact: Please email jobs@whcchome.org with the subject RE: Facilities Assistant Position or call 713-935-9422.The role of the Facilities Assistant is a full-time position that assists the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day upkeep, repair, and maintenance of the Church’s property and equipment.QualificationsBorn-Again Christian preferredH.S. degree or training in a technical field Teamwork, teachable and open attitude Bilingual Chinese and English preferredResponsibilities Assist Facilities Manager to maintain the facilities of the church, including building, grounds, equipment, furniture, and fixtures.Check and ensure that facilities are clean. Assist with the set up of meeting rooms: furniture, chairs, tables, projectors, easels, flip charts, white boards, etc.Perform physical tasks and check facilities. Assist with routine maintenance and replacement of supplies.Perform minor maintenance of pool vehicles such as filling up gasoline, oil, and fluids.
