Marketing Coordinator - Marketing Department

JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing Coordinator will help coordinate marketing plans and the various active marketing campaigns in direct mail, call center, and digital for the Joel Osteen Ministry and Lakewood Church brands. The Marketing Coordinator will work with diverse teams within marketing and other departments to keep relevant campaigns active and effective.
This position reports directly to the Manager of Direct Connections.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
Coordinate, review and help roll out marketing plans for various ministry and Church-wide campaigns
Work directly with direct mail and call-center agencies to deliver resources within adequate time
Effectively coordinate workload relative to established timelines
Establish marketing roadmaps for church communication such as weekly emails, quarterly newsletters, and additional mail pieces
Provide Quality Assurance for products/resources that move into production
Other duties as assigned
MINISTERIAL DUTIES

Regular attendance at Church services and classes,
Serving as a Prayer Partner or as a volunteer in any ministry of the Church, and
Serving our community through local outreaches from time to time when needed by the Church
QUALIFICATIONS
Uncompromised commitment to Lakewood Church’s vision, mission, values, and core beliefs
Professional appearance and conduct
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and friendly disposition
Demonstrated prioritization and multi-tasking abilities; good time-management skills are a must
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and expectations of quality
Experience working with Agencies/Vendors
Willingness to push limits of existing abilities to meet changing ministry needs
Pro-active approach, flexibility, and a positive attitude are extremely important
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 2 year’s experience in marketing
