Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and supervision to others who may assist in maintaining the church membership database.
  • Understand thoroughly and completely the current membership database software (Breeze)
  • Set guidelines and maintain controls for quality to build confidence in data accuracy
  • Be responsible for instructing and training staff members for current campus and any future campuses in using the Breeze database.
  • Create and/or manage specialized reports or custom programing to facilitate better use of the database.
  • Prepare and present contributions and other membership reports as needed.
  • Explore and master the full implementation of the Breeze database and it features.

  • Administrative experience
  • Church Staff experience preferred
  • Experience in maintaining and utilizing database software

Experience:

  • MySQL: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Database administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Oracle: 1 year (Preferred)
