  • Compensation will range from $50,000 - $70,000 per year commensurate with experience and success.

What we ask of you:

You will be responsible for the oversight, tracking, and reporting of all financial activity, plus management of office services, which includes IT, HR, and business management. You will provide direct supervision to one full-time team member.

Accounting

  • Manage organization accounting and auditing processes, assist with annual budgeting
  • Use accounting software to maintain records and prepare reports
  • Prepare and present needed internal monthly and annual financial statements
  • Work to reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalances that occur
  • Maintain internal controls for receipt of revenue, costs, program budgets and expenditures

Technology & Business Management

  • Ensure IT solutions & systems perform at high level and meet organization needs
  • Manage contracts, legal documents and annual filings

Human Resources

  • Oversee payroll process & benefits management
  • Maintain employee files

Our requirements for you as an applicant:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field required
  • 5+ years in work experience in Finance/Accounting field preferred
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Excel. Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability and experience to work independently and in a supervisory capacity
