Enjoys working with people and has strong interpersonal skills, especially when addressing a dissatisfied student or volunteer

Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
Responsibilities
•
Full- or part-time, flexible schedule
•
Occasional evenings and/or weekends for specific events/projects
•
Attendance at several conferences each year, including IFI Staff Retreats
•
Requires the development of a ministry partner team which supplies the necessary prayer and financial support to cover salary, benefits, and ministry expenses
•
Training is provided to develop a team of ministry partners
•
The Houston Ministry Coordinator supports the location leader with church relations, volunteer mobilization, and campus ministry
•
Coordinate/participate in cultural activities/trips
•
Extend hospitality to international students, such as welcoming them to the area, providing transportation to activities, and familiarizing them with their new environment
•
Participate in an outreach activity, such as bible study, friendship partnership, or 1-on-1 discipleship
•
Establish new church relationships
•
Activate church coordinators and facilitate their involvement
•
Maintain data related to church partnerships and coordinators
•
Work with volunteers, including recruitment and matching to activities
•
Attend and assist volunteers during outreach activities and big events
•
Maintain data related to volunteers
Benefits
•
Pay range is typically between $24,000 and $70,000 after the period of support development, based on experience and other factors
