Leads Ecclesia's West Side Campus Mother's Day Out Program to ensure that all of Ecclesia's children feel they belong to God and to one another.
Programming
- Plan and execute effective programming for children that encourages age appropriate development and skills
- Implement and evaluate curriculum/activities that are Biblically sound, engaging, & relevant for the MDO community
- Create a safe space for children to gather by implementing and evaluating effective safety policies
Relationships
- Build relationships that allow you to support and minister to MDO's children and families
- Connect with MDO staff in order to provide care and appreciation
- Communicate effectively with Parents to ensure they know what to expect while their children are on campus
- Be a great first impression for families who are not a part of the Ecclesia community and looking for a safe environment for their child
Leadership & Vision
- Carry & communicate vision for Mother's Day Out
- Lead and direct the Mother's Day Out staff, including hiring, training and management to ensure a loving and safe environment
- Act as the team lead for the planning and execution of large-scale MDO events (i.e. Thanksgiving Feast, Easter, Advent)
- Ensure the fiscal responsibility of the MDO program and steward our spaces and resources with great care
