Personal Assistant
Reports to: CEO
Status: Full-Time

Summary:
The Personal Assistant position will provide Personal and clerical support to the CEO of a faith-based organization and other for-profit businesses. The ideal candidate has at least 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience supporting a senior leader. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise sound judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, commitment to confidentiality along with excellent Personal and organizational skills. The Personal Assistant must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Personal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact via phone calls and other methods of communication
Manage and organize calendars and schedule appointments, meeting, and events
Attend meetings as requested i.e., taking notes, transcribing information, and distributing minutes of meetings as needed
Schedule and make travel arrangements
Handle other assignments as needed

Experience Requirements:
Prior experience as a personal assistant or executive secretary
Ability to follow established processes
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
High level of attention to detail
