The Temporary Support Services Assistant is responsible for assisting with donation pickups, meeting and event setups, and donation distributions. Additionally, this position supports building and warehouse maintenance to maintain a clean and organized environment and aids with security services as needed.

You have a High School Diploma or GED - You have a Valid Driver's License.

What you Deliver
-
You will be responsible for the operation of the warehouse and storage facilities. Sorting, valuing, and packaging donations for distribution according to target goals. You will be responsible for the cleanliness, organization and storage planning of donations and furniture storage areas. -
You will assist program staff in the selection of products as needed and assist in maintaining the file room and pull requests for archived documents.

You will assist with event set up.

You will assist with pick-ups, deliveries to other agency locations and clients, maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of agency facilities. You will conduct security duty as needed and assist in bi-weekly inventories.

You will assist Office Service clerk with mail room operations as assigned.

You will operation agency vehicle (box truck) as needed.

You will work with maintenance and perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor, team supervisor or Purchasing and Support Services Director
