Web Coordinator - I

Rate: Up to $22 per hour, dependent on experience
The Web Coordinator I ensures the timely release of content to the Lakewood family of websites and social channels in the form of videos, audio, images, blog or article posts, comments, feedback, and ads, working closely with the Web Producer and Web Content Manager to determine content schedules.
This position reports directly to the Web Content Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
- Review and schedule submitted content for websites and select social channels
- Monitor and launch live streams
- Monitor web content for comments that require attention or action
- Reply appropriately to questions or comments on published online content
- Gather web analytics for review and prepare regular reporting to management
- Test sites for problems and document findings appropriately.
- Handle sensitive, confidential information and assignments with tact, discretion, and diplomacy
- Other duties as assigned
MINISTERIAL DUTIES

- Regular attendance at Church services and classes,
- Serving as a Prayer Partner or as a volunteer in any ministry of the Church, and
- Serving our community through local outreaches from time to time when needed by the Church
QUALIFICATIONS
- Uncompromised commitment to Lakewood Church’s vision, values, and core beliefs
- Generally web-savvy with a basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, XML, and CSS
- Proficient in collecting, understanding, and presenting web analytics
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated prioritization and multi-tasking abilities, time management, and estimation skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Pro-active approach, flexibility, and positive attitude are extremely important
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- BA/BS degree required or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of related experience
