Serve as the main worship leader; Edit and arrange worship music; Audition and select performers for musical presentations; Meet with soloists and instrumentalists to prepare for rehearsals and performances; Train worship team members to sing in the various musical parts; Develop a music program to engage children and youth in worship through music.
