Grace Bible Church of Phoenix in Arizona is set to hold a women's retreat in October.

In a Facebook post on Saturday, Sept. 18, the church invited interested participants to join and sign up for the women’s retreat.

According to the church’s post, it will be held from Friday to Sunday, Oct. 14 to 16.

Grace Bible Church of Phoenix said the venue of the retreat will be Emmanuel Pines in Prescott, Arizona.

The church said the suggested donation will be $125 per woman to the Grace Bible Church of Phoenix Women’s Ministry.

It added that meals will also be provided.

Grace Bible Church of Phoenix said they contact Lee Rachoy, Shelly Born, Colleen Seitzberg, or Jenny Escamilla for concerns and questions.

Church’s Mission, Values

According to the church’s website, it is set to raise up devoted Christ-followers by teaching and encouraging them in God's Word.

Grace Bible Church of Phoenix said it is more than just a structure with four walls, a roof, and open doors. Instead, they believe that the church is made up of people who gather to study the Bible, worship God, and use the talents He has given to everyone.

If the people want to remain at Grace Bible Church of Phoenix, the church's core values show what is most crucial and how they must live, it said.

The church said among its activities and all of its ministries are guided by these core values.

It added that as a result, they will assess all they do in light of these core values.

The Bible is the first priority in the church's approach, according to the church.

What the church does, believes, and teaches came from the authority of God’s Word, the church said.

Grace Bible Church of Phoenix said the Bible is central in all they do, taking precedence over church tradition, a shifting culture, and especially their own opinion.

According to the church, it aspires to have a consistent and selfless commitment to serve in the realms of influence that God has placed everyone in.

The church said this can be achieved through empowering, inspiring, and enabling people to use the talents and skills that God has given them while embracing the chances to serve Him.

Life-long Process

A healthy follower of Jesus Christ follows a lifelong process of following and submitting all parts of their lives to God so they might become more like Jesus and, in turn, assist others to do the same, the church said.

The church said it strives to strengthen their bonds with one another by emulating the love that Jesus displayed for everyone and by specifically pursuing the unity of the Spirit.

It added that it recognizes that God has created relationships to be a beneficial and integral part of how people enjoy God and grow in their faith.

As a result, God has provided examples of healthy relationships, and people make an effort to live up to his expectations, the church said.
