About Tim Tebow Foundation
The Tim Tebow Foundation website revealed that Tim Tebow started his passion for helping people in need when he was 15 years old. He narrated that he visited a remote community that had never seen visitors in the Philippines.
He met a boy named Sherwin, who was born with his feet backward and regarded as “cursed” in his village. The people saw Tebow holding him and realized that the Gospel of Jesus Christ was for everyone.
According to Tebow, his heart for helping these people grew, and in 2010, he founded the Tim Tebow Foundation. He aims to bring Faith, Hope, and Love to those who need a brighter day in their darkest moment, as noted on the website.
He stressed that Christian belief is about loving Jesus and others, and that is what they are striving to do with their initiative and outreaches in the foundation.
As further explained, they spend time on weekends motivating a kid with a life-threatening illness and helping a family adopt an international child with special attention.
More importantly, they let them experience being kings and queens of the prom.
