McDowell Mountain Community Church to hold course for married couples

McDowell Mountain Community Church announced the details of its spring semester for married couples called "Re | Engage." It will begin on Tuesday, Jan. 24, from 6:30 p.m. until 8:15 p.m. 

Re | Engage, 2023 Spring Semester 

McDowell Mountain Community Church will start classes for Re | Engage 2023 before January ends. The church announced it will open the 16-week course for married couples on Tuesday, Jan. 24. 

The church provided details through its website and added it is a welcoming community for all to grow in Christ and succeed in their marriage. 

Furthermore, the church shared that the course would be a place of hope for couples, no matter where they are in their married life journey. Participants will engage in topics like forgiveness, intimacy, grace, communication, and more. 

McDowell Mountain Community Church expressed its hope of seeing all couples at the church for Re | Engage. It also informed all interested about a class material fee of $50 per couple.

It will also offer childcare for nursery through fifth grade for free. Nonetheless, it required participants to register to save their spot for childcare. It also informed all that drop-in childcare will not be available during Re | Engage classes.

Its foundational beliefs are centered on Jesus and the message about Him found in Scripture. McDowell Church believes there is one God. The Lord eternally exists in three persons: the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. 

Furthermore, the church believes that the Lord revealed Himself to all in human form through Jesus Christ. Its address is 10700 N 124th Street, Scottsdale. Service times happen on Sundays at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. 

Matt Anderson serves as the Lead Pastor at McDowell Church. At the same time, Ryan Chaisson serves as the Missions Pastor. Alyssa Dees is the Hospitality Pastor. Don Doe and Cameron Lippert serve as Community Life Pastors.
