Midtown Presbyterian Church in Phoenix, Arizona invited the public to join Caleb Shocklie’s ordination service.
In a Facebook post on Tuesday, July 12, the church encouraged the public to join at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 30, at Hope Women’s Center.
According to the church’s post, Shocklie will be ordained, and the church will prepare to send him and Summer off to Edinburgh as missionaries.

Midtown Presbyterian Church’s Values
According to the church’s website, it welcomes spiritual seekers and believers.
On the same website, the church said no matter where a person is in their spiritual development, they want to provide a place they can call home. They would like to greet everyone.

Church’s Sunday
The church said it is a typical bunch of people, including adults, children, couples, families, and singles.
In the same post, the church expressed that it wants to know the members' stories. Each of the people has their own unique tale, it said.
According to the church, it wants the people to know they are welcome here, regardless of how long they have attended churches, whether they have caused harm in the past, or whether they have never entered one.
Midtown Presbyterian Church also encouraged the people to observe and that they were welcome to be a part of this community.
The church said the meeting starts at Hope Women's Center at 9:30 a.m. at 1640 E. McDowell Rd., Phoenix, AZ, 85006.
The church connects staff will greet everyone when they arrive and be available to answer any questions about the church, the neighborhood, and how to get involved, according to the church.
When they arrive, they will frequently find coffee, doughnuts, and other refreshments waiting for everyone, the Midtown Presbyterian Church said.
On communal singing, the church said they hold that since humans are creators, singing and performing music together is one of the best methods for them to communicate their spiritual experiences.
The church said they offer a mix of well-known contemporary tunes, traditional hymns, and even original compositions by local artists.
It added that it considers the bible to be a rich and potent collection of writings through which God speaks to and instructs people and through which they might understand what it means to be completely human.
