Midtown Presbyterian Church in Phoenix, Arizona announced that it is set to hold “Exhale: Women’s Retreat."

The church made the announcement in a Facebook post on Wednesday, Aug. 24.

According to the church’s post, the retreat will be held from Oct. 14 to 16, Friday to Sunday, in Pinetop, Arizona.

Midtown Presbyterian Church said the weekend retreat would give everyone a chance to "breathe" as they learn and practice how to get quality sleep while taking care of business.

The church said they will enjoy themselves and create some wonderful memories as well.

The weekend will only be enhanced by everyone's presence, not anything else, the church added.

According to the church, those interested to participate may visit the link in the church's post to sign up.

Weekend Details

Based on the church’s website, up to 40 people can stay at the sizable AirBnB home where they will be staying during the retreat.

Registration began on Monday, Aug. 1, which followed the first come, first serve basis.

For the weekend, each individual will pay $150, according to the church. This will cover the price of the Airbnb as well as the weekend's worth of meals, the church said.

Since there are not many parking spots at the Airbnb, they are hoping to arrange to carpool, it added. As October approaches, they will start organizing this, the church said.

Connected Staff, Members in Church

According to Midtown Presbyterian Church, the connected staff will welcome everyone who arrives and be available to address any inquiries visitors may have regarding the church, the surrounding area, and how to get involved.

The church added that when people arrive, they will typically find coffee, donuts, and other refreshments ready for everyone.

Midtown Presbyterian Church declared that since people are creators, one of the best ways for them to share their spiritual experiences is by singing and performing music together.

It continued by saying that it provides a variety of well-known modern songs, age-old hymns, and even original music created by regional musicians.

According to Midtown Presbyterian Church, members want to know that everyone is welcomed inside, regardless of whether they have spent their entire lives attending churches, whether a church has harmed them in the past, or whether they have never been inside.

Their development and enthusiasm to learn are encouraged. In the meanwhile, everyone is welcome to ask questions whenever they like, and they can do so at any time, according to the church.

Everyone is welcome, the church added, so people are welcome to bring their friends, kids, and coworkers.

The gathering will begin at the Hope Women's Center at 9:30 a.m., according to the church.

The congregation is made up of singles, families, couples, young people, and older individuals, according to the church.

Everyone has a unique story to tell, and the church wants everyone to know that their stories are always welcome.
