The Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, has invited the public to get the limited and extra pumpkin and gourd from the pumpkin patch event.
In a Facebook post on Friday, Oct. 29, the Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church announced that the Glenn Youth Pumpkin Patch was a success.
The church said they were no longer staffing volunteers. However, there were still some pumpkins left from the event.
According to the post, those who were interested had to go to the Youth & Activities Building to pick up a pumpkin or festive gourd.
The Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church has also expressed gratitude to the volunteers and donors of the pumpkin patch event.
Meanwhile, the church said for fundraiser activities for the church's youth group, the public can still support their service activities through a donation.
The Glenn Memorial said there was a QR Code sign on-site if they would like to donate for the activities.
The church added that they clean up every Tuesday, saying that "the less pumpkins there, the better."

Pumpkin Patch
The Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church hosted a meet-and-greet "Pumpkin Patch" event as part of its team-building activities on Tuesday, Oct. 19.
The Methodist Church announced the Pumpkin Patch on Tuesday at 2 p.m. in a Facebook post on Monday, Oct. 18.
According to the post, the attendees were asked to wear face masks to have safe interactions with old acquaintances and meet new ones.
The church also said it welcomed fellow retirees who had made the church their home in previous years.
The Glenn Church had previously asked attendees to bring money to help the Glenn Youth Ministry purchase pumpkins.
According to the church, they said the participants liked the Autumn weather during the pumpkin farm events.
Glenn Youth
The church said the Glenn Youth aims to provide a safe environment for grades 6 through 12 to be themselves, ask questions, have fun, and learn.
The Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church also recognized the importance of youth development and strove to foster an environment that encouraged it.
It also emphasized the need to build mutual trust and bonds.
The United Methodist Church said it was also concerned about the community's health and safety.
It added that it closely monitored the coronavirus infection (COVID-19) pandemic and attempted to stop it from spreading.
Youth Fellowship
According to the church's website, the United Methodist Youth Fellowship (UMYF) meets in the Youth and Activities Building on Sunday nights from 6:00 p.m. It is open until 8:30 p.m.
The church hosted an event that featured a lunch, choir rehearsals, and fun activities for middle and high school students.
According to the church, they will also have fellowship and learn more about loving God and neighbor, which are usual evening activities.
The church said the worship service is a significant aspect of Glenn Youth's identity.
It is dedicated to furthering God's kingdom by loving and helping our neighbors on a local and global scale, concentrating on local partnerships.
The Glenn Youth group welcomes, accepts, and accepts everyone, and it works to help others in our neighborhood and around the world.
