The Neighborhood Church in Atlanta, Georgia, will host this year's pop-up pageant on Friday, Dec. 17.

In a Facebook post on Thursday, Dec. 9, the Neighborhood Church encouraged the public to join in this year's pop-up pageant on Friday at 4:30 p.m.

For those who haven't come before, it'll be a joyful time of telling the Christmas story differently with music, costumes, and acting - with children as the stars of the show.

There is no need to prepare ahead of time, and everyone is welcome to join in. They will meet in Candler Park, with costumes provided once they arrive. The church will cancel the event if the weather is terrible.

'Fall Fest' at Lake Claire Holiday Fair

On Sunday, Dec. 5, the Neighborhood Church hosted a "Fall Fest" at the Lake Claire Holiday Fair. The church announced a Fall Fest in a Facebook post on Saturday, Dec. 4, anticipating another exciting festival day.

According to the post, the event was conducted from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lake Claire Holiday Fair on Arizona Street.

The church also urged attendees to sample some of the area's delicacies and shop for gifts from local merchants. The event was described as a "fun and beautiful day" in the community of Neighborhood Church.

On Friday, Nov. 26, the Neighborhood Church announced on Facebook that it would present an Advent series by A Sanctified Art LLC called "Close to Home" to help walk through the steps of establishing and re-creating homes.

According to the post, the series will discuss what it means to be homesick and how to choose and establish a new home that is open to all and brings God closer to the people.

The Neighborhood Church shared that once Advent begins, it affects them close to home and profoundly influences them.

The church and the people, according to the church, journey together through delicate, emotional, and intimate scriptures and rituals during the Advent and Christmas seasons.

As per the report, people hold the memories and truths of this season dear to their hearts. The church welcomed the public to attend in person and online every Sunday at 11 p.m.
