According to the church's Facebook post, organizers served continental breakfast to the attendees. Guest speaker Cheryl Bachelder spoke during the event, which was free of charge.

The conference was open to middle school students and adult women. The church also accepted a $10 donation from the attendees.

The funds collected went towards New Missions, which supports children in Haiti.

The church also collected new tennis shoes and metal spoons for the schools in Haiti.

Bachelder spoke to the attendees about servant leadership. Volunteers also led the guests in worship and prayer.

The church thanked its volunteers for helping them serve during the event.
