Campbell Community Church in Phoenix, Arizona opens hiring for preschool teachers, assistants

Campbell Community Church in Phoenix, Arizona announced that it is hiring preschool teachers and assistants.

The church made the announcement on a Facebook post on Monday, Aug. 1.

According to the church’s post, preschool teachers and assistant positions may apply for full-time and part-time with multiple positions available.

Campbell Community Church said it will be $16 to $17 per hour.

The church said its private Christian preschool will be expanding and is in need of staff to take care of children.

Children as young as one year old and as elderly as four years old can attend sessions at Campbell Community Church Preschool, according to the church

The church said they maintain teacher-to-student ratios that are significantly lower than those mandated by the state and even lower than those of the majority of other preschools because they are aware of the importance of the three-way relationship between their child, and the teacher. 

Nobody favors the child warehouse model, in which there is only one instructor in a classroom full of kids, the church said. 

The church said it wants to give its kids the individualized instruction, fun interactions, and long-lasting relationships they deserve from infancy through kindergarten entry.

Campbell Community Church specifically looks for employees that have a love and calling for working with children. 

According to the church, they genuinely want to work with kids, juggling recreation, education, exercise, and the arts. 

It explained that children would enter elementary school as well-rounded people if they did their job successfully.

The church said they genuinely care about the child. It expressed that they want their child to grow up healthy and content by placing him or her in the ideal setting. 

Campbell Community Church said they warmly invite anyone to ask any questions they may have and to check out the classrooms and teachers in action.

Church’s Statement of Faith

The church said at present the following synthesis of Christian beliefs, not as a creed, but as an overview of the key biblical teachings that define their faith, according to the church's website

All those who take on roles of authority and ministry at Campbell Community Church are expected to agree with this Statement of Faith, the church said.

All of the Bible is self-attested, and since it is true, it demands complete submission in all facets of life, according to the church. 

The church said the 66 volumes that make up the Old and New Testaments, which together make up the infallible Word of God, provide a comprehensive and coherent account of God's redeeming deeds, which culminated in the incarnation of the Living Word, the Lord Jesus Christ. 

It added that the Bible is the supreme and final authority on all subjects because it was specifically and entirely inspired by the Holy Spirit.
