Shiloh Community Church will host a retreat for women from Friday to Sunday, March 24 to 26, at Camp Pinerock, Prescott.

The church’s website announced they would focus on the theme “Be Rooted: Establishing a Firm Foundation in Christ.” They explained that they based their theme on the Scripture of 2 Peter 3:18.

Besides, the church encouraged its women members to join for a weekend of worship. They could listen to truth-filled teachings and sweet moments of fellowship with others.

Moreover, this event is an excellent opportunity for them to mature in their foundation in the grace and knowledge of their Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ.

Female Members

In the women’s section, Shiloh Community Church emphasized that its program is designed to help women love God and His church and demonstrate His love to the world.

As further explained, they offer opportunities for female members to mature in their knowledge of the Lord. Also, through this ministry, they could build friendships with other ladies and reach out in service to others, as stated on the website.

Moreover, the church mentioned embracing everyone to join its program for women. They stated that they desire the church to be a source of encouragement and nurturing for each lady.

Women’s Bible Study

The same website announced that Shiloh Community Church offers Bible Study for women. They stated that they study God’s word, particularly the book of Jude.

According to the website, Jude is a servant of Jesus Christ and a brother of James. They highlighted what he wrote in the Scripture about the faith once given to God’s holy people.

In addition, the church posted that women meet on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. at 7 p.m. for their Bible Study. They also offer childcare, as noted on the website.

Moms in Prayer

Meanwhile, another opportunity that the church offers is the Moms in Prayer. The same website explained that they are a group of mothers who raise all their concerns before God.

As further mentioned, they gather once or twice a month on Friday mornings and pray for their children and their school for an hour.

Moreover, the group explained that they believe they are not alone in prayer. They said that having this mindset gives them reassurance and hope.

Pinerock Camp, Retreat Center

The Pinerock Camp website revealed that the retreat center is a ministry of Arizona or Southern Nevada District Church of the Nazarene. They noted that they want to offer an opportunity for each person who comes there to have a life-transforming encounter with Jesus Christ.

In addition, they mentioned that they work hard to offer a peaceful campus in a calm mountain setting. They want to provide this kind of atmosphere so all their visitors would have the chance for spiritual enrichment, as added on the website.

Besides, the website noted that the retreat center also has program support, educational training, and moral and social development for their guests.

They emphasized that their entire staff offers exceptional service with a smile. They explained that their office staff would be willing to help their guests.
