In another section, the church highlighted that Ebenezer’s Missionary Union (EMU) advocates missions locally and internationally to help the ministries of the church.

They also deal with the needs of the sick and shut-in members of the local and global communities, as explained on the website.

According to the website, EMU is composed of 11 mission circles whose main goal is to give glory and serve God. They noted that as missionaries, they accepted God’s great commission to accomplish Jesus’ mission in the world.

The EMU stressed that they are “called to love.”

Supporting People

The same website emphasized that EMU offers lunch at the Genesis Shelter for homeless families. They also give hair care services to the Sadie G. Mays Nursing Home people.

They mentioned that they help in prison ministries through evangelizing and giving financial shares. Also, EMU provides book scholarships to upcoming college students.

As further posted, EMU works in global mission projects identified by the leadership, like donating budget to dig wells in Haiti. They added that they sponsor mission trips to Africa and partner with other church groups that do mission initiatives.
