The St. Paul United Methodist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, held a bible ceremony for children and youth on Sunday, Oct. 24.
According to the church's website, the St. Paul United Methodist Church held a children's bible ceremony to present the bible to many children this year.
The event was held in-person worship at the St. Paul United Methodist Church sanctuary last Sunday.
The church, however, followed stricter health protocols, including wearing face masks inside the building, child care availability, and singing was allowed.
St. Paul noted that those feeling sick can join online as the church live-streamed the event.
The church also asked for the attendees' patience for the new normal setup amid the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

Youth Camp
According to its Facebook post, the St. Paul United Methodist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, conducted Rooted Retreat at Camp Glisson, a youth retreat camp, last Saturday, Oct. 16.
The Methodist church announced that its youth group would be attending the Rooted Retreat at Camp Glisson.
The church shared that nine youth and four adults were among the participants who had a good time this weekend.
Meanwhile, on Sunday, Oct. 17, the church said in a separate Facebook post that the youth group had returned from the retreat and shared their experiences during Sunday service.
The St. Paul United Methodist Church stated that they are continuing to pray for the safety of the retreat camp guests.
'Trick or Treat'
The St. Paul United Methodist Church has also asked the public to participate in a "Trick or Treat" event as part of their Halloween celebration on Sunday, Oct. 31.
The church invited the public to attend the Halloween celebration after worship on Sunday, according to a Facebook post on Thursday, Oct. 14.
According to the St. Paul United Methodist Church, the celebration will feature hotdogs and refreshments for both children and adults.
The post said the children would also be given time to change into their costumes before the "trick or treating" event at 1 p.m.
According to the church, the participants would take a "trick or treating" tour around the outside of the church edifice, with themed tables.
The St. Paul United Methodist Church said participants were also encouraged to dress up in creative and hilarious costumes.
