LifeSpring Christian Church in Cincinnati will hold its annual fall retreat on Friday, Oct. 14, at Higher Grounds Conference Center in West Harrison, Indiana.

Annual Fall Retreat

The youth of LifeSpring Christian Church in grades 7 to 12 were invited to the church's annual fall retreat.

According to the church's announcement, people can enjoy some time away from their regular routines, make new friends, and strengthen existing relationships at a fall retreat, all while growing closer to God and their youth group leaders.

Also, they are going to be at the Higher Grounds Conference Center in West Harrison, Indiana, from Friday night, Oct. 14, to Sunday morning, Oct. 16.

Transportation, meals, and housing are all included in the $90 price of this retreat.

Mountain to Valley Fall Retreat

According to LifeSpring, it is easy to get into the habit of thinking about weekend getaways as experiences atop mountains and all other times as being in valleys or as periods that must be endured.

They hold the view that God did not at all intend for mankind to be that way. God desires for them to make use of the time spent on the mountain to prepare themselves spiritually for the work that awaits them in the valley.

As per the post, students have the opportunity to break away from the clamor and distractions of regular life at the fall retreat.

Playing games, participating in worship, participating in small groups, and eating rice crispy snacks at 1 a.m. are all ways in which they develop meaningful relationships with one another.

Also, the volunteer teams teach students biblical principles to assist them in pressing forward in their walk with Christ, and they have a wealth of possibilities to engage their students in the lessons they are learning.

They participate in exciting activities that students normally do not have the opportunity to do outside of retreat settings.

About LifeSpring Christian Church

The members of LifeSpring Christian Church are just normal citizens who have embarked on a journey with an exceptional God.

In spite of the fact that the church places a strong emphasis on caring relationships, community service, and overseas mission work, the primary goal of the congregation is to assist individuals on their path toward a closer relationship with God, beginning with whatever point in that journey they may be at.

Through a personal connection with Jesus Christ, LifeSpring is a place where one can learn about, investigate, and directly experience the grace of God.

It makes no difference how much familiarity they have with the Bible because everyone is learning more about it together as time goes on.

History of Lifespring

In 1931, what is now known as LifeSpring Christian Church in Northside had its start as the Chase Avenue Church of Christ.

According to its history, in 1969, the congregation became known as Clovernook Christian Church after relocating to North College Hill. In 2004, the church decided to change its name to LifeSpring Christian Church.

LifeSpring is a church that does not adhere to any one religious denomination. They are a part of the Christian Congregations or Churches of Christ, which is a fellowship of churches that is not very tightly tied.
