Dwelling Place Church Houston to launch ‘Brave

Dwelling Place Church in Houston, Texas, will soon launch a new women’s conference in February. Called ‘Brave Love’ event, the local church aims to help women be brave in their everyday challenges in life. The event also targets to allow women to find their God-given mission.

‘Brave Love’ Event

On Friday, Feb. 11, the ‘Brave Love’ event of Dwelling Place Church Houston will occur at 713 East Airtex Drive. The event will happen at 7 pm, which invites women of all walks of life to Houston.

According to the Eventbrite page, the Brave Love event will happen in a two-day conference. All of those days will focus on worship, activation and training. All participants are also expected to walk through their God-given calling and find their missions.

On its first day, Dwelling church will conduct the very first main Brave Love night event at the church.

For its second day, the local Houston church will gather every member to share lunch together. Aside from that, participants will be introduced to an hour of evangelism and outreach. At 6 pm on that same day, guests will be invited to a Team Night where all participants must join.

As mentioned on their About page, the event will teach women how to speak, act, and how they must go in life.

Women’s Problem in Addiction

One of the most common issues that women face today is addiction. It is also one of the most popular problems on why women of the population cannot function in society.

Every March 8, the world celebrates International Women’s Day. In line with that, Forbes released an interesting article about women’s addiction in 2018.

It found out that while men commonly face addiction problems, women face more social consequences in addiction. Aside from illegal drugs, women are also deemed to be addicted to other substances such as alcohol.

Dwelling Place Church in Houston, Texas is a Christian congregation. As per its official website, its church members believe in Jesus’ Salvation, Father’s love, and the Holy Spirit’s power in the world.

As said, the church’s mission is to live in the name of Jesus and spread His words to majority of people. Couple pastors, Randy and Lucie Needham, are the current senior pastors of the church.
