The Encouragement Temple Ministries is celebrating Easter with their "Say What! Last Seven Sayings" worship service.
The event is set at 7 p.m. on Good Friday, April 15, at the church premises.

According to its Facebook page, the church is celebrating its fourth anniversary alongside the holy week. Pastors E.D. and Krys Reed are the hosts for the service and will also feature a roster of seven guest speakers.
The list includes Rev. Dewey Allen, Rev. Quieisha Carter, Pastor Deon Archer, Rev. Daryl Barlow, pastor James Lewis, Rev. Lynzey Guidry, and Elder Leon Witherspoon Jr.
The church said in their announcement that the speakers will provide seven uniquely crafted messages that highlight the seven last words of Jesus Christ.
Encouragement Temple Ministries is a church where "Christ is Edified, Believers are Empowered & the Community is Enlightened on God's saving grace for all."
The church believes in God, His Word, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. It is also active on social media and constantly posts announcements for events and live sermons.
Seven Sayings, 7 Special Guests
Elder Leon Witherspoon Jr. is a preacher of the North Houston Church. On his Instagram page, he says that he is a YHWY lover, thinker, leader, creative, musician, and teacher.
Meanwhile, Rev. Lynzey Guidry is an entrepreneur, preacher, and motivational speaker. Guidry has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion from Wiley College and a Master of Divinity from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University.
According to her page, the reverend started public speaking at the age of seven and started her own ministry at the age of 29. She's also the owner of Caked Up by Lynz, wherein she describes baking as an extension of her ministry.
Rev. Daryl Barlow is the CEO and Founder of the Kingdom Cravers Online Christian Magazine. The online magazine features stories about the community, Christianity, and relationships.
Pastor Deon Archer is the pastor of the Redeeming Word Community Church. Among his other training, Bryant Lee of the Higher Expectations Church mentored Pastor Archer for three years.
Eventually, the pastor received his commission to venture out to plant his own church.
Today, his growing church moves to fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment. The church aims to "see the birth of a network of neighborhood community churches."
Joining them are Rev. Dewey Allen and Rev. Quieisha Carter.
Jesus' Seven Last Words
According to Christianity.com, the seven last words were the last things mentioned by Jesus during the crucifixion.
The words are contemplated and meditated upon by Christians during the celebration of the Good Friday. The texts come from the Books of Matthew, Luke, and John.
The last statements of Jesus cover topics such as how Jesus interceded for everyone with no exception, how Jesus was blameless and without sin like a pure sacrificial lamb offered to God, and how Jesus proclaimed that the penalty of man's sin was removed by his actions.
The page also said that people should acknowledge the sacrifice that Jesus made for mankind.
