One of the biggest events of CT Church Houston for the new year is happening on Jan. 22. The public is invited to the church’s first 2022 women’s conference. Dubbed ‘The Jewel Conference 2022: Beauty for Ashes,’ the gathering will tackle women’s daily battles in life and how they must fight against those challenges. 

CT Church Houston’s Women Conference 2022

According to an Eventbrite’s invitation, CT’s women’s conference is a free event for ladies of all walks of life. Happening on Saturday, Jan. 22, the event will start at 5 pm until 8 pm CST. 

As explained, all guests who will participate at the event will be “encouraged, renewed and refreshed in God's presence.” 

Aside from that, the gathering will open doors for all women feeling miserable at the start of the year. They will reportedly feel “sharpened, inspired and reminded of how treasured we [they] truly are.”

To help small businesses in Houston, CT Church also invited local stores and shops to sell their products at the event. Such products include beauty items, clothing brands, and even jewellery. 

Event t-shirts can also be availed inside the event for only $25-27. As early as now, guests can pre-purchase the shirts for at least a $5 discount from the retail price. 

The first 300 participants who will drive early to the event will also receive a token of appreciation gift from the church. 

COVID-19 Safety

In line with the occurring pandemic, CT Church Houston advises all participants of the event to protect themselves from possible COVID-19 contamination. All are encouraged to maintain distance from each other. 

If feeling sick, the church said that guests should no longer attend the event. Instead, they can stream the service via online through their Facebook page. 

CT Church Houston also posted a reminder to all guests that the church will have no liability with possible virus spread at the event. 

So far, Harris County has the highest total cases in Texas with over 600,000 infected. Nearly 10,000 also died with COVID in the said area.

To those interested to join the ‘Jewel Conference 2022’ can go to the Eventbrite page and get their free entry ticket. There, participants will also have the option to pre-purchase the event shirts and choose their sizes. 

Aside from that, donations to the ministry can also be accessed on the page. There was no available information on how many participants can join the event. 

CT Church 

CT Church is one of the most known local congregations in Texas. Aside from its Houston branch, it offers four other congregations around the state. Such branches can be found in Pasadena, New Caney, Gulfgate, and a single congregation for Spanish bilingual members. 

As mentioned on its website page, the CT Church is a “bible-based, evangelistic, spirit-empowered, life giving church.” The church aims to transform communities in the southern part of Houston with the help of God’s Word. 

People in all walks of life and ages are reportedly welcome to worship at any of CT’s churches.
