Gateway Christian Church wants to close the summer season with a blast on Aug. 7, Sunday. There will be a pool party for all church members from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Baptism Sunday will take place during the pool party.

The church asks all to give time for its special events at The Lodge Des Peres on Sunday, Aug. 7. Gateway Christian Church will say goodbye to the summer. Also, it is a day when they will welcome those who want to be baptized.
As shared on its Facebook page, the church wants to rejoice for the Lord has been good to the church family this summer. It announces holding a big, free party – a pool party.
There will be free pizza and Kona Ice snow cones. Gateway Christian Church requests its members to invite their friends, family, and neighbors.
The church also welcomes everyone ready to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior, and those who want to be baptized. Baptism Sunday happens on the same day as the pool party.
Those who want to commit to following Jesus and be baptized are instructed to contact the church office.
Serve Like Christ Course, 301 Course
The next Serve Like Christ is another event that will close in July for Gateway Christian Church. Per its events page, the next Serve Like Christ/ 301 course will be on Sunday, July 31, at 9 a.m.
The meeting’s venue is the second floor of the Church’s Conference Room. According to the church, Serve Like Christ is a chance for everyone to discover how the Lord designed them for His purposes.
This course empowers them to serve Him with the gifts, life, and passions the Lord has bestowed them.
Starting Point
According to the church’s webpage, no one will lose their path at Gateway Christian Church. Starting Point offers all new to Jesus, St. Louis, or Gateway a hand to guide them in their journey.
Next Step is another series of classes being offered in the church. All classes are geared toward knowing Jesus, growing in faith, and focusing on Jesus’ final command and commission – to make disciples.
