St. Louis Christian College hosts Ladies’ Day 2022 on April 2

St. Louis Christian College will be hosting Ladies’ Day 2022 on April 2 with Carol Stine as their guest speaker.

SLCC Ladies’ Day 2022

On the official website of St. Louis Christian College, it is stated that this event on April 2 will be a very happy day of meaningful worship, an inspirational message, lovely camaraderie, and a plethora of giveaways for all the ladies who will attend.

This event is free, as stated on the same website. However, a donation will be highly accepted and appreciated in order to help assist SLCC to finish strong financially.

As per the same website, it mentioned there that by 9:30 a.m., doors will open and the ladies who will arrive will be enjoying light refreshments as they mingle with the other ladies of SLCC.

At 10 a.m., as per the same website, the Ladies’ Day worship will officially begin. And by noon, all the ladies will be enjoying a free lunch together with their guest speaker Carol Stine.

On the same website of SLCC, it is stated that Carol Stine has been married to Terry for 49 years, and she is the mother of four children and the grandma of twelve. She graduated from St. Louis Christian College and has worked in vocation ministry in the United States and in Mexico with Ninos de Mexico with her spouse. 

It is also stated on the same website that she worked for Eagle Christian Church in Eagle, Idaho, as the women's minister for seven years. She's also taught at Boise Bible College and St. Louis Christian College as an adjunct professor. 

Referring to the same website, it is also mentioned that she has given talks at women's gatherings, retreats, and conferences in the United States, Mexico, and China.

On Carol Stine’s blog, it is mentioned that her grandmother's house was a short walk through the field from where she grew up on a farm in Missouri. They were a tight family, and her parents were firm Christians who worked hard to provide for her younger brother, sister, and me.

It is also mentioned on the same website that Terry Stine, her husband, whom she met at Ozark Christian College in Joplin. Terry wanted her to know from the start that he intended to be a missionary and that if it was not in her plans, there would be no connection between them; that is when she felt the call to missions.

According to the same website, for 11 years, she and her husband have worked in youth ministry and church planting. Terry became the president of St. Louis Christian College in June of 2017, so they relocated to Missouri. 

In line with that, it is also mentioned that throughout her years of service alongside her spouse, she has enjoyed speaking, writing, and educating. It appears that the moment has come for me to share some of what she had learned along the route with others through writing.
