The Gathering Church STL holds Thrive event on March 13

The Gathering Church of St. Louis will hold a Thrive event for Middle school students on March 13, 2022.

According to the official website of the church, this event is meant for the middle school students of the church. This is something they would not want to miss for this is the perfect opportunity for them to mingle with their fellow middle school students.

It is also mentioned on the same website that middle school kids are welcomed to a time of food, hanging out with new and old friends, enjoying a night of wild games and so much more to promote their spiritual journeys.

The event will start at 5:00 p.m., those who are interested to join this event can come a bit earlier than the said time.

The Gathering Students

On the official website of the church, it is stated that The Gathering Church loves students. Life with them is crazy, interesting, and enjoyable. 

There is never a boring moment when students gather. Their middle and high school students connect in huge, high-energy settings as well as tiny CoreGroup groups. They both play and pray at the same time. 

As mentioned on the same website, they worship, serve, mourn, and laugh together. They are learning more about who God created them to be and who God is calling them to be in the world as a result of it all.

Referring to the same website, it is also stated that CoreGroups exist to assist students to connect with God and with one another in order to help them link their religion and their daily lives. 

The Gathering Church of St. Louis

According to their official Facebook page, in St. Louis, the Gathering United Methodist Church is establishing a Christian community that is appealing to new generations of people. The church exists to foster a compelling Christian community for new generations of St. Louis residents.

On their official website, it is stated that Matt Miofsky established The Gathering in 2006 with the notion that the church might be different. Matt, together with a group of mission-minded individuals, had a strong desire to make a meaningful difference in the city. 

This vision, as per the same website is evolving, bringing new generations of people together to serve and worship Jesus Christ not just in their community, but around the world.

As stated on the same website, The Gathering Church has experienced rapid expansion since its inception. Several locations, numerous worship services, intentional online worship, a variety of small groups, a thriving children's ministry, and engaging student ministries.  

The church, as per the same page is excited about the future and hopes that they will be a part of their evolving history and what God is doing through their growing community.

It is also stated on the same website that The Gathering Church is a relaxed, dynamic, and kind community where everyone is welcome. Here, people will discover fantastic surroundings for kids, students, and adults, as well as captivating messaging, varied worship, and the best people around.
