Christian Friends of New American in St. Louis has opened a full-time position for Operations Associate.
CFNA’s Operations Associate
According to their official website, this position is responsible for the execution of program activities and goals, as well as the realization of policies and guidelines.
Based on the position description file attached on their website, the operations associate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all CFNA programs and outreach activities, including those carried out in collaboration with the International Institute and Extreme Faith, by direct interaction.
It is also mentioned that goals are established for all program ministries under their provision. They are also in charge of managing and monitoring the inventory of "in-kind" donations stored in storage by CFNA, as well as managing all aspects of the Peace Center's maintenance staff, including any contract work.

The hired applicant will create and update job descriptions, conduct job interviews, and manage employee onboarding and development programs.
They will also be responsible to create and implement a staff evaluation system, maintain the roster of CFNA partner congregations and organizations, analyzing potential partners, and aiding with the formalization of cooperation agreements, including memorandums of understanding (MOUs).

Qualifications for Operations Associate

- Spiritual maturity is demonstrated by a dedication to Jesus Christ as Lord and the Bible as God's Holy Word.
 - A commitment to and prior experience in some element of cross-cultural ministry, with a focus on service with the aim of spreading God's Word and integrating New Americans into the LCMS/Christian community in St. Louis and beyond.
 - Openness and transparency are demonstrated by a commitment to a 24-48-hour response time for all position-related contacts.
 - A mindset that places high importance on service, learning, and team ministry.
 - Extensive experience in project management, program, and people organization.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
 - Microsoft Office and Google technologies are two of my strong suits.
