St. Roch School of St. Louis opens up enrollment for School year 2022-2023

St. Roch of St. Louis has opened its enrollment for this upcoming school year 2022-2023. 

According to the official website of St. Roch school, they had announced the opening of the enrollment for the upcoming school year and one can now schedule a tour inside the campus. 

St. Roch School’s Admissions

It is stated on its official website, St. Roch accepts students from a variety of backgrounds in the St. Louis region who match the school's requirements.

As per the same page, St. Roch invites students without regard for race, color, national or cultural background. All students have the same rights and benefits, and they can participate in all programs and activities.

On the same website, it is mentioned that parents and guardians who enroll their children at St. Roch are required to support the school's mission, volunteer for school events, engage in school fundraisers, and follow school regulations.

As per the same website, any student asking for admission to St. Roch must meet with the principal to discuss his or her wish to enroll and, if relevant, the reason for transferring. Students who are enrolled in St. Roch must go through a one-year probationary phase to see if the school can meet the kid's particular requirements and if the student can follow the school regulations.

Children accepted to Kindergarten must be five years old on or before August 1st of the year they will be enrolled, according to Archdiocesan rules.

It is also listed on the same website the following registration requirements:

  • Completed St. Roch application form.
  • A copy of the student's birth certificate as well as his or her social security card.
  • A copy of the student's baptismal, first communion, and confirmation certificates, if appropriate.
  • Immunization data have been updated.
  • A cumulative record of grades and attendance, or a copy of the student's preschool report, is required.
  • Scores on standardized tests from all prior schools.
  • Any prior school's special needs evaluations, diagnostic reports, and current prescription accommodations.
  • In the event of divorced families, custody agreements must be verified.
  • With the application, a registration fee of $225 for preschool and $325 for Kindergarten through Eighth grade is needed. The registration price is charged per kid and includes the cost of book rental, consumable workbooks, and basic classroom materials. A student activity charge is also included in the registration price, which supports the costs of field excursions and other activities brought into the school for the benefit of the students and the curriculum. The registration cost is non-refundable.
