First Baptist Church of Arnold hosted a free drive-thru Christmas display from Friday to Sunday, Dec. 2 to 4, and Dec. 9 to 11.
Lights of Christmas
First Baptist Church of Arnold hosted a free drive-thru live nativity and a 15-minute light show for the entire community. It had over 60,000 lights set to favorite Christmas tunes.
The church announced the opening of Lights of Christmas on Facebook.
Light of Christmas took place from Dec. 2 until Dec. 4 and Dec. 9 until Dec. 11 at 6 p.m., 7 p.m., and 8 p.m.
First Baptist Church of Arnold did not require tickets or reservations to enjoy the event.
As shared on its website, the event was held at the church’s parking lot.
As they entered the parking lot, the team directed vehicles through an exciting seasonal light display featuring the Christmas train express, snowman family, and gingerbread village. Then, attendees drive through the live nativity.
They witnessed Mary, Joseph, baby Jesus, the shepherds, wise men, and real animals. The final stop for the drive-through is the Christmas light display with more than 70,000 lights.
Inside their vehicles, everyone watched a 15-minute presentation set to various Christmas songs on their radio dial 99.7 FM.
First Baptist Church of Arnold invited all to join the church for the Lights of Christmas.

Neighbors, Local Partnership
As stated on its website, the second greatest command from Christ was to love neighbors as oneself. The First Baptist Church of Arnold loves its neighbors because it has experienced the love of God. The church believes the Lord has called its congregation to love and serve its local community and the greater St. Louis metro area.
It starts working on its mission by doing such in its daily lives as they connect with family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Moreover, the church focuses on praying, serving, and supporting other churches and non-profit ministries.
Kenny Qualls serves as the Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church of Arnold, Brad East is the Senior Associate Pastor, and Chris Mason serves at the church as the Worship Pastor.
