Fortville Christian Church (FCC) will hold the "Royal Pin Outing" for students from grades seven to 12 on Friday, March 3, at Royal Pin Woodland.

The church’s website announced they would enjoy playing miniature golf, laser tag, bowling, and pizza together.

Besides, they noted that there would be a $50 registration per student.

Youth Activities

The student section posted various opportunities that they offer for their students.

According to them, students at FCC gather during the first service on Sunday mornings. They noted that they group together and sit with the adults in the last few rows of the Worship Center for worship.

Then, they would go to the Student room for breakfast and teaching, as added on the website.

In addition, the church offers opportunities for students to meet on Sunday nights throughout the school year. They said that middle and high schoolers meet for games and learning.

Afterward, they group based on their age groups and genders for small group discussion.

As further explained, two adult leaders lead them so they can create lasting connections with their discipleship mentors.

More importantly, the website said they have various student programs throughout the year. They could have fun day trips to week-long events to worship and learn with each other.

The church said that all activities seek to deepen their connection with Jesus and others.

Support for Parents

In the student section, FCC emphasized that they work with parents to nurture a generation that loves Jesus and wants others to know Him.

Moreover, the church believes God has given parents the heavy but unique honor of being the main disciple-makers in their kids’ lives. They said that sometimes parenthood could be overwhelming though it brings great joy.

FCC seeks to be with parents to support and not to displace them in their part as discipler of their teens.

Resources for Parents

The Parent Cue blog is one of the preferred tools of FCC for parents. The Parent Cue website emphasized that they aim to give cues to parents about what they need when they need it. Their efforts could help parents be the parent they want to be.

Moreover, they noted that parents are better than they might realize. They said that parents, grandparents, and guardians usually do not appreciate themselves enough for their excellent job of nurturing children to become good people.

Parent Cue emphasized that it is acceptable that each parent has their approach to parenting.

According to the websites, Parent Cue believes Christians are united in their common principle. They also hold on to the belief that the Bible has the authority to understand the person of Jesus.

In addition, they mentioned that the Scripture is instructive for the life and ministry of those who obey Him.

They stressed that they celebrate the family in every form and support every caregiver’s part in raising people.

They want to attain their mission for humans to embrace the fullness of life entirely they were made and saved to experience.
