Remedy Church encouraged its members to support the Give Your Age campaign through their ministry partner, Send Me.

The church’s Facebook page informed its members on Wednesday, Feb. 8, to check the organization’s efforts in Guatemala.

Give Your Age Campaign

According to the Send Me’s YouTube Video, they have launched its Give Your Age Campaign to assist in pulling individuals of all generations out of poverty. They explained that people might not give thousands, but most of the time could give their age.

The Send Me organization challenges everyone. They state that they could help them expand their efforts and support those in the lowest living conditions.

The missionary emphasized in the video that they see babies in Guatemala that are born into malnutrition. He noted that they suffered from inadequate growth.

Besides, he mentioned that they witnessed children doing a lot of work. The missionary revealed that according to World Bank, 80 percent of the indigenous population suffers from food insecurity.

Moreover, they stressed that one in every home says that a child dies in Guatemala every 20 seconds.

Send Me Ministries

Meanwhile, the missionary highlighted in the video that they have various ministries at Send Me. The minister stated that they have the Bread of Life Ministry, where they give food to the mountain people.

According to the video, the Send Me organization operates nearly 50% of the time amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition, they pointed out that they have a Ray of Hope program, which they manage for 90 special children and their families. The video explained that Send Me offers diapers—medicine, and medical care.

Besides, through the Ray of Hope program, they provide physical therapy and in-house medical advice.

Another program mentioned is the Daughters of God, which help women and children who experienced abuse by placing them on their property.

Moreover, Send Me noted that they host Pastor Seminary. They explained that they have 30 people studying God’s word to preach and lead their congregations.

More importantly, the minister emphasized in the video that according to Mother Theresa, if people could not feed a hundred people, try providing one. Send Me encouraged its supporters to do what Mother Theresa says.

As further stated, they could change poverty by giving their age from 20 to 100.

Mission, Vision of Send Me

The Send Me website mentioned that they seek to bring down the cruel dominator of poverty. Thye wants to achieve this vision by spreading hope, love, and kindness, as further explained on the website.

In addition, they noted that they save invulnerable people in the modern world who have been devoured by poverty. They added that they use a two-fold method to deal with their basic needs.

Besides, the website said that they support people beyond the poverty line to create resources and skills that deal with and solve the long-term challenges of poverty.

The website revealed that George and Tammy Roller pioneered the organization, and their compassion dug deeper until they had their first mission to Joyabaj. They said they build homes for women and children.
