According to the official website of The Journey Church, Mobilize 100 is a program of St. Louis Metro churches working together to produce and deploy 100 long-term missionaries to the world's underserved peoples.

As stated on the same website, it began as a vision for only their church has expanded to encompass an increasing number of congregations in the community. Mobilize 100, as per the same page is the church's strategic plan for training and multiplying disciples from their communities to the countries, with a focus on those in the globe who have the least access to the gospel.
