True Life Community Church will host a date night for kids on Friday, Dec. 16, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will serve pizza and dessert, and hold games, crafts and movies.
Date Night Fundraiser
True Life Community Church announced details of Date Night through its Facebook page. It said it is a chance for parents to do some chores, nap, or go on a date while their kids join in the event.
The church encouraged parents to sign up for Date Night and bring their kids on Friday, Dec. 16. They will have pizza, games, crafts, movies, and dessert.
True Life Community Church also informed everyone that Date Night is a fundraising event.
The proceeds will benefit True Life Community Church’s Youth and Children’s Camps.
As stated in the announcement, the church would appreciate any amount donated during Date Night. True Life Community Church encouraged all to contact Pastor Doug for more information about Date Night.
Thanksgiving Potluck
True Life Community Church had a Thanksgiving potluck on Sunday, Nov. 20. The event occurred right after the service and started at 10 a.m.
The entire congregation was invited to join in on this meal. It encouraged those who would like to bring food to click the link it provided.
The church celebrated the Ordination of Pastor Dough and Thanksgiving during the potluck.
Pastor Doug Inman serves as the Associate Pastor of Youth and Children groups.
